Integration Checklist

To ensure a smooth customer experience and a seamless TransactBridge integration, please complete the following action items. Please go to https://reseller.transactbridge.com/forgotPassword to set your password to use the platform. Use your business registered email with TransactBridge to set the password. Once you have set the password, you can log in to the platform and complete the following.

Account Setup

  • Verify your root subdomain Go to Account Settings and verify your root subdomain. Once verified, TransactBridge can provide you with subdomain-based redirection URLs. Optional
  • Add Callback URLs Add the correct Callback URLs under Account Settings. This ensures that your application receives timely notifications about relevant events. And the customer can be notified promptly. Mandatory
  • Configure your brand theme Update the color theme and upload your brand logo under Account Settings to provide customers with a consistent brand experience throughout the payment journey. Mandatory

Team & Access

  • Add team members Add relevant team members from the Team Members page so that different departments of your organization can access and use the platform. Assign appropriate permissions to each team member based on their role. Optional

Payment Configuration

  • Add a bank account Go to the User Profile page and add the bank account where you want to receive invoice payables. Make sure that the bank account details are accurate. Mandatory

API Configuration

  • Set up API credentials API credentials will be shared with you separately by email. If you have not received them, you can resend the credentials from the API page. You can also create new API credentials from the same page. Optional
  • Whitelist your server IPs For additional security, whitelist the IP addresses of your servers from which API requests will originate. Optional

Platform Demo

  • Request a platform demo If your operations team would like a walkthrough of the TransactBridge platform, our team can provide a demo and guide you through the available features. Optional

Production Enablement

Once all mandatory action items have been completed, reply to the TransactBridge onboarding email. Our team will verify the configuration and enable the platform for production usage.
