For a fixed amount discount, the configured discount amount is directly deducted from the applicable amount. For example:

  • As of now, Discounts with GST inclusive invoice is not available.

1. Promotional Offers

Merchants can offer a fixed-amount discount as part of a promotional campaign. Example: A merchant sells a product for ₹2,000 and offers a ₹200 promotional discount.
This can be used for campaigns such as seasonal sales, product launches, or limited-time promotions.

2. Coupon-Based Discounts

Merchants can provide customers with a coupon or promotional code that applies a fixed discount to the one-time payment. Example:

3. Customer-Specific Discounts

Merchants can provide a fixed discount to selected customers. Example: A merchant offers an existing customer a ₹250 discount on a product priced at ₹2,000.

Merchants can offer a fixed discount when a customer purchases multiple products or units in a single transaction. Example:
