At Transact Bridge Partner will have fully loaded dashboard to manage their business. The dashboard is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of all transactions, sales, refunds, chargebacks, settlements, and customer data. It also includes a monitoring dashboard with graphical insights to track key financial metrics in real-time. Partner can manage their organization details, bank account, and payment settings in their profile. They can also process payouts to suppliers, generate invoices, and manage customer subscriptions. The dashboard provides a centralized platform for Partner to monitor, analyze, and optimize their payment operations efficiently.
Monitoring Dashboard:
Partner can track key financial metrics in real-time using our monitoring dashboard with graphical insights. It displays transaction volumes, net revenue, refunds, chargebacks, and settlements in one place. This helps Partner analyze trends, detect issues, and make informed decisions efficiently.
Merchant profile:
Partner can add and manage their organization details and bank account in their profile. This includes company information, business registration, and settlement account setup.
Transactions/Sales:
This menu shows all customer payment transactions along with their current status. Partner can monitor and export transaction details. Clicking on a Transaction ID provides a detailed view, including item details, transaction amount, fees, and logs.
Payouts (Coming Soon shortly):
Partner can seamlessly process payouts to suppliers via verified bank accounts or UPI. Manage cash balances efficiently with secure and instant fund transfers. Simplify vendor payments with a streamlined payout solution.
Invoices:
This menu shows all payment invoices generated after successful transactions and their status. Partner can monitor, export, and download invoice details. Clicking on an Invoice ID shows item details, customer billing and shipping address, transaction amount, and invoice logs.
Returns/Refunds:
This menu shows all customer refund requests and their current status. Partner can track, export, and download refund details. Clicking on a Refund ID provides a detailed view, including item details, transaction amount, fees, and refund logs.
Chargebacks:
This menu shows all customer chargeback requests and their status. Partner can track, export, and download chargeback details. Clicking on a Chargeback ID provides a detailed view, including item details, transaction amount, fees, and chargeback logs.
Billing sessions:
This menu shows all billing sessions created by customers during purchases. Partner can track, export, and download session details. Clicking on a Session ID provides a detailed view, including item details, customer billing and shipping address, transaction amount, and session logs.
Subscriptions:
This menu shows all customer subscriptions along with their details. Partner can track, export, and download subscription data. Clicking on a Session ID provides a detailed view, including item details, customer billing and shipping address, transaction amount, and session logs.
Customers/Audience:
This menu shows a list of all created customers along with their basic and payment details. Partner can easily view and manage customer information. It provides a quick overview of customer transactions and payment history.
Receivables/Settlements:
Partner can track their settlement history and current status on this page. They can also view and download detailed summary reports. This ensures easy monitoring and record-keeping of all settlements.
Report Center:
Partner can access and download all exported reports and data from this page. They can also view the history of previously generated reports. This helps in easy tracking and record management.
API Logs:
Partner can view real-time API logs of all activities on their end. This helps track requests, responses, and system interactions.
Tax details:
Partner can view product tax categories, subcategories, HSN codes, and applicable taxes on this page. This helps in accurate tax calculation and product classification. It ensures seamless tax compliance and reporting.
Team members:
Partner can add team members to help manage their account with assigned permissions. This allows controlled access based on roles and responsibilities. It ensures secure and efficient account monitoring.
Action logs:
Partner can track and monitor all actions performed by themselves or the admin. The logs display action type, user role, and timestamps for transparency. This ensures better security and accountability.
Account settings:
Partner can manage payment methods, upload their organization logo, change colour theme for their checkout page, and configure callback URLs and whitelist domains to be used.
