Congratulations! on completing the integration with Transact Bridge. If the partner’s onboarding is complete then we will mail you a newly created a production account for your organization using your email. You can go to this link to set your password to use the platform.

Following are some points for you to take a look at so that the customer experience and integration are flawless.

Domain Verification

Verify your root subdomain, for example netflix.com on the Account Settings page. Once the verification is done we can provide you with subdomain-based redirection URLs. - OPTIONAL

Web hooks Setup

Please add correct Callback URLs in the Account Settings page, so that the customer can be notified promptly. - MANDATORY

Checkout theme

Please change the Color Theme and upload the Brand Logo in the Account Settings so that the customer gets the same experience throughout the journey. - MANDATORY

Adding Team

Do add relevant team members using the Team Members page so that other departments of organization can utilize the platform. Each team member can be given different permissions, please assign them accordingly. - OPTIONAL

Bank Verification

Please add a bank account on the User Profile page to which the Partner wants to receive the invoice payables. Please make sure to add the correct details. - MANDATORY

Accessing API Credentials

The Partner will get the API credentials in another email. If the Partner did not receive them, they can go to the API page and send the credentials again. The Partner can also create new APIs from the same page. For added security please whitelist your server IPs. - OPTIONAL

Requesting Demo

If the Partner wants a demo for the operations team to understand the platform, we would be more than happy to guide you through the platform. - OPTIONAL

Once the above mandatory action items have been completed from your side, please intimate to this email and we will verify them and enable the platform for production usage.
